About KERKSTOEL BETON

Kerkstoel Beton specialises in ready-mix concrete and related products and is part of the Kerkstoel Group. Since we were founded we have grown into a renowned company in the ready-mix concrete sector. At our nearly 4 hectare site in Grobbendonk we produce ready-mix concrete, screed and stabilised sand.

Thanks to our modern and comprehensive fleet of trucks, our modern machinery and our high production capacity, Kerkstoel Beton is one of the leading manufacturers of ready-mix concrete, screed, stabilised sand and foamed concrete. The most modern machines enable us to guarantee top quality and great flexibility. Furthermore, everything from order to delivery is computer controlled. But the foundation of our successful company? Our 25 employees.

Kerkstoel Beton delivers extremely fast in the provinces of Antwerp, Limburg and Brabant and is furthermore easily accessible: our company is located along the E313 in Grobbendonk, right next to the slip roads for Herentals-West.

Quality

Kerkstoel Beton guarantees you top quality. Partly due to our BENOR certificate, which offers you guaranteed pressure resistance, sustainability and product specifications. On-site tests are therefore no longer required. This is certainly a bonus, as the project manager can now fully dedicate himself to the job in hand!

We at Kerkstoel Beton consider safety to be paramount. We have therefore carried out a comprehensive risk analysis of all our activities.

Environment and sustainability

Kerkstoel Beton wishes to be as environmentally friendly as possible. We are therefore careful with natural resources, we restrict our energy consumption and keep waste to a minimum.

We completely separate and recycle concrete waste.
The water we use throughout the production process is captured in settling basins and later reused at our concrete works.
Our concrete works are fully clad to reduce noise nuisance and dust emissions to a minimum.
We also make an extra effort as regards transportation. Our production materials can be delivered by ship thanks to our location on the Albertkanaal. We have raw materials such as sand and gravel delivered by cargo ship. After all, one ship can handle 100 times a lorry on the road. This is more environmentally friendly and saves time and expense.
